"5) based on the powers of attorney issued by owners of rooms in the apartment house or, being effective without power of attorney, in case of investment with its such power according to the decision of general meeting of owners of rooms in this apartment house appears in court as the representative of owners of rooms in this apartment house on the cases connected with management of this apartment house and provision of utilities. The decision of general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house about investment of the chairman of the board of the apartment house with power on performance in court as the representative of owners of rooms in this apartment house shall be drawn up by the protocol of general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house and contain list of the disputes connected with management of this apartment house and provision of utilities on which the chairman of the board of the apartment house has the right to appear in court as the representative of owners of rooms in this apartment house, and also the list of legal proceedings which the chairman of the board of the apartment house has the right to make on behalf of owners of rooms in the apartment house for the purpose of realization of the power delegated to it on performance in court as the representative of owners of rooms in this apartment house;".
