About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 7, 2021 No. 134

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 7, 2021 No. 134 the following change:

"36. The staff of Presidential Administration is government employees. The structure and the number of staff of Presidential Administration are determined by the President.

Payment terms of work of staff of Presidential Administration are established by the President according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

For calculation of length of service on executive position in case of appointment to executive position in state bodies and local government bodies the periods of service in the following positions are set off as on executive position:

- state inspector, chief expert, inspector, expert of structural divisions of Presidential Administration (including former offices of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic);

- the adviser to the President, the special advisor to the president (only for persons appointed to positions from the moment of creation of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 7, 2021 No. 134).".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic together with National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.
