About measures for improvement of quality of prevention and treatment of allergic diseases

In the country address measures for implementation of advanced methods of prevention, diagnostics and treatment of allergic diseases are performed.

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the tasks determined within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of health sector who is carried out on the subject "Reforms in Medicine — for Human Dignity" and also improvement of quality of the allergologichesky and immunological medical services rendered to the population, early identification among children and adult allergic and immunological diseases and implementation in practice of modern methods of treatment, creating favorable conditions and providing with necessary medicines the patients having such diseases, the organizations on places of researches in the direction of molecular allergology and clinical immunology, and also increase in personnel potential:

1. Approve the offers of the Ministry of Health on further enhancement of system of prevention of allergic diseases and rendering the allergologichesky and immunological help to the population providing:

strengthening of control of epidemiological indicators of allergic diseases since primary link of medicine, and also implementation of address screening inspections;

the organization of system of free providing the needing segments of the population with necessary medicines;

early identification of the reasons of development and prevention of allergic and immunological diseases among children and teenagers, pregnant women;

expansion of types of high-technology diagnostics and treatment, and also implementation of methods of molecular diagnosis of allergic diseases on places;

increase in knowledge and development of skills of specialists of the sphere in the direction of allergology and clinical immunology.
