1. Provide to persons replacing the state positions, municipal positions, to the government civil servants, the local government officers, workers replacing in bodies of the public power of position which are not carried to positions of the public or municipal service, employees of the organizations and organizations subordinated to the bodies of the public power, employees of other organizations and persons performing official (office, labor) obligations, performing works (rendering the services) connected with the fortification equipment of boundaries and line items in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, stipulated in Item 3 Presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2022 No. 757 "About the measures performed in subjects of the Russian Federation in connection with the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2022 No. 756" and also to members of their families the following additional social guarantees:
