1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 03, 2017 No. 326 "About approval of the Procedure for information exchange of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine with the Public fiscal service of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in the course of forming of the Register of statements for return of the amounts of budget compensation of the value added tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 20, 2017 at No. 376/30244, the following changes:
in heading and the text of the order of the word "Public Fiscal Service" in all cases shall be replaced with words State Tax Administration in the corresponding cases, the words "return of the amounts" shall be replaced with words "return of the amount";
in item 4 of the word "Nasirova R. M." to exclude.
