About modification of the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, parts six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 2, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 at No. 1273/21585, the following changes:

Item 1 of the Section III to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Calculation of regular collection are performed by members of Fund for base annual rate which size is established:

part one of article 22 of the Law;

the decision of executive directorate of Fund on establishment of the size of base annual rate of the regular collection in Fund established by part one of article 22 of the bigger Law.

The decision of executive directorate of Fund on establishment of the size of base annual rate of the regular collection in Fund established by part one of article 22 of the bigger Law is brought to the attention of members of fund within three working days from the date of approval of such decision by administrative board of Fund.";

The subitem 1 of Item 1 of the Section V to state 2) in the following edition:

"1) in case of approach of the conditions determined by part three of article 19 of the Law;".
