ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2004 No. 397 "About some measures for further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of December 23, 2015 No. 1035 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2004 No. 397 "About some measures for further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2004 No. 397 "About some measures for further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan":

state heading in the following edition:

"About approval of Rules of development and approval of complex schemes of town-planning planning of the territories of regions";

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to item 4 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";

1) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem;

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2015 No. 1035 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2004 No. 397 "About some measures for further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan":

2) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
