Item 7 Corrected realization of wood which is received when using the woods located on lands of forest fund according to Articles 43 - 46 Forests codes of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 23, 2009 No. 604 "About realization of wood which is received when using the woods located on lands of forest fund according to Articles 43 - 46 Forests codes of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3840), to state in the following edition:

"7. In case of refusal from obtaining or absence at the scheduled time of consent to voluntary conveyance of wood or in case of wood non receipt by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation at the scheduled time according to Rules of the order of the Russian Federation which is in property wood which is received during construction of reconstruction, operation of linear objects, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2023 No. 2153 "About approval of Rules of the order of the Russian Federation which is in property wood which is received during construction, of reconstruction, operation of linear objects", the legal entities and physical persons using the woods for the purposes specified in Item 1 of these rules send information on amounts and on pedigree composition of the cut-down wood no later than 1 working day from the date of approach of the corresponding event to public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, and if the wood lot is located on lands of forest fund concerning which implementation of the powers provided by part 1 of Article 83 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation is not contributed to public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation according to part 2 of Article 83 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation, - in territorial authority of Federal Forestry Agency (further - authorized body of the executive authority in the field of the forest relations).".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2025.
