"4.4.31. decision making about establishment of the public servitude concerning the parcels of land and (or) lands for use for the purpose of placement or capital repairs of objects of electric grid economy, linear objects of gas supply system, oil pipelines and oil pipelines, their integral technological parts if the specified objects are objects of federal importance, and also reconstruction, capital repairs of sites (parts) of such objects which are linear objects;";

c) add with subitem 4.4.39 of the following content:

"4.4.39. decision making about establishment of the public servitude according to article 3.9 of the Federal law "About Enforcement of the Land Code of the Russian Federation" for use of the parcels of land and (or) lands for the purpose of operation of objects electro-, gas supply of the population, being linear objects and located in the territory of 2 and more subjects of the Russian Federation;".
