About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Paragraph two of Item 98 of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3225; 2017, No. 29, Art. 4374; 2020, No. 36, of the Art. 5618) to state in the following edition:

"Head contractor on preparation of the conclusions and official withdrawals of the Government on bills of introduction of amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and (or) the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation, and also in the Family code of the Russian Federation and amendments of the Government to the specified bills is the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.".

2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution will be performed without allocation of additional resources of the federal budget and within the established number of staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
