According to part 3 of article 11 of the Federal Law of April 28, 2023 "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" and Item 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2004 No. 865, I order to No. 138-FZ:

1. Approve attached to this order Procedure for Submission of the Notification on Acquisition of Nationality (Citizenship) of Foreign State or receipt of the residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of foreign state, and the notification on loss of nationality (citizenship) of the foreign state or the residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of foreign state in diplomatic representations or consular establishments.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state - the deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation E. S. Ivanov.
