Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, Art. 2080; 2023, No. 84, Art. 4856), such changes:
to add the subitem 5 of item 4 after the words "for residential customers" with words ", operators of gas-distribution systems";
to add Item 9 after the words "for residential customers" with words and figure", operators of gas-distribution systems regarding amount of normative losses and production and technological expenses (amount of I - fixed)".
