About approval of requirements to the regional standard of transport servicing of the population

1. Approve the enclosed requirements to the regional standard of transport servicing of the population.
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.

The regional standard of transport servicing of the population establishes the list and target measure values, characterizing availability, safety and comfort to the population of the subject of the Russian Federation of regular transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation (further - regular transportations of passengers) in interrelation with transportations of passengers and baggage by other modes of transport public (rail, air, water and extra street transport) (further - other modes of transport) which organization is carried to competence of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation (further respectively - availability of regular transportations of passengers, safety of regular transportations of passengers, comfort of regular transportations of passengers), for 5 years, including by years, with indication of measure values the current year.
2. The indicators characterizing availability of regular transportations of passengers are created proceeding from:
a) indicators of territorial availability of regular transportations of the passengers determining:
