According to Articles 64, of the 67th Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of June 30, 2023 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning features of the taxation during action of warlike situation" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 3219-IX:

1. Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 22, 2014 No. 462 "About modification of the Accounting treatment for taxpayers and charges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2014 at No. 503/25280, to exclude.

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-5 Items 2-4 respectively.

2. Items 4, 5 Orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1127 "About approval of Changes in accounting treatment for taxpayers and charges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 at No. 1453/26230, to exclude.

With respect thereto to consider Items 6-9 Items 4-7 respectively.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
