For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2020 No. UP-6044 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of Licensed and Allowing Procedures", and also further enhancement of competitive environment in the field of rendering services in passenger traffic by road transport the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Take into consideration that by the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is developed and the electronic information system on fixing of routes of passenger traffic to carriers by means of open tenders works in the test mode in the city of Tashkent (further - electronic information system).
2. Establish procedure according to which:
the electronic information system on fixing of routes of passenger traffic to carriers by means of open tenders takes root in the republic from January 1 to March 1, 2022 in the test mode, and since March 1, 2022 is completely entered into work;
since March 1, 2022 open tenders on fixing of city, suburban, long-distance and international routes of passenger traffic are held only by means of electronic information system;
the legal entities in accordance with the established procedure registered in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having the license for the right of implementation of city, suburban, long-distance and international passenger traffic by road transport, and registered in electronic information system are allowed to participation in the tender.
3. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding electronic open tenders on fixing city, suburban, long-distance (within the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas, and also between the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent and areas) and international routes according to appendix No. 1 *, providing:
