About measures for strengthening of the state control in the field of turnover of pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures", establishments of the state control in the field of turnover of pyrotechnic products, the prevention of their illicit trafficking, protection of life and health of citizens, property of physical persons and legal entities, and also strengthening of measures for ensuring public order and safety the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Take into consideration that according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures" import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and use of pyrotechnic products of technical and special purpose (except the pyrotechnic products used in the industrial purposes) are included in the list of types of activity (actions) which implementation requires receipt of documents of allowing nature.
2. Establish procedure according to which:
development, production, import to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, transportation, realization, acquisition, storage and use by physical persons and legal entities of the pyrotechnic products of household purpose belonging to the II class of danger is forbidden;
import to the Republic of Uzbekistan of pyrotechnic products of technical and special purpose (the III-V classes of danger) and their use when holding mass actions with the organization of fireworks for the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers by the legal entities having the corresponding license is allowed in the quantity established based on permission of the Cabinet of Ministers, except for the pyrotechnic products used in the industrial purposes;
on import and use of pyrotechnic products of technical and special purpose (the III-V classes of danger) by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan the license and permission are not required.
