about the conclusion of agreements by results of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of crabs provided in the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing;".

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 28, 2019 No. 1113 "About electronic auction selling the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of crabs provided in the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing and the conclusion of such agreement" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 35, Art. 4978; 2020, No. 40, Art. 6278):

a) in preamble of the word "with part 5" shall be replaced with words "with part 7";

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that:

effective period of the signed agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of crabs provided in the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing (further - the agreement on fixing of share) constitutes 15 years;

the right to production (catch) of crabs is granted to person with whom the agreement on fixing of share is signed:

in case of the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of share by results of electronic auction selling the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of crabs provided in the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing (further - auction) till December 20 of year in which the auction is held, - since January 1 of the next year;

in case of the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of share by results of auction after December 20 of year in which the auction is held, - since January 1 of the 2nd year following after year of holding the auction.";

c) in Rules of the organization and holding the auction electronically selling the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of crabs provided in the investment purposes in the field of fishery for the implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing and the conclusion of such agreement approved by the specified resolution:
