About additional measures for marking by excise stamps of alcoholic and tobacco products

For the purpose of expansion in the republic of the sphere of production of sparkling and natural wines, and also marking enhancement by excise stamps of tobacco products the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Determine that during the period from December 1, 2021 to November 1, 2022, according to the procedure of experiment, sparkling and natural wines are not marked by excise stamps.

At the same time the procedure for non-realization by subjects of entrepreneurship of marking of these products excise stamps during the experiment does not exempt them from observance of procedure for marking in state language and obligatory digital marking.

2. Establish procedure according to which on smoking tobacco products of other types different from filtered cigarettes and without filter, not smoking tobacco products, to nicotinic bestabachny snyusa, the nicotinocontaining liquids and nicotinic electronic cigarettes (further - tobacco products of other type):

a) producers and importers:

till September 1, 2022 or within 7 calendar days from the date of emergence of need of implementation of the this activities after September 1, 2022 are registered in information system of marking and enter into information system of the marking of the data on the nomenclature of the tobacco products of other type made and (or) delivered to the Republic of Uzbekistan;

since October 1, 2022 provide drawing funds of digital identification for consumer and group packagings, and also aggregation of tobacco products of other type, and enter into information system of marking of the data on marking and aggregation;

till January 1, 2023 provide realization (wholesale) of remaining balance of unmarked tobacco products of other type and (or) withdrawal from sale of the specified remaining balance for the reasons which are not connected with their realization to the third parties;

since March 1, 2023 provide entering into information system of marking of data on all actions on turnover of tobacco products of other type;

b) organizations of wholesale trade:
