1. - the means provided on ensuring defense;

- means of bodies of homeland security;

- means of law-enforcement bodies.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to accumulate the funds of the budgetary institutions financed from the republican budget, saved as a result of carrying out public procurements in the Section "Nation-wide Expenses (State Programs, Actions and Payments)" on appropriate sections of functional and economic classification of expenses;
