Aggregate term of carrying out statutory energy audit constitutes at least two months, but no more than twelve months from the date of the conclusion of the agreement, the term of carrying out express energy audit at least two months, but no more than six months from the date of the conclusion of the agreement, the term of carrying out target energy audit is determined by power auditing organization and the addressed person based on the agreement signed according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"12. By results of statutory energy audit the conclusion on energy saving and increase in energy efficiency is constituted.
