Transfer in any manner acquisition, storage or use of which by the specified person is forbidden to person containing in organization of criminal executive system or the place of detention, means of mobile communication and other means of communication and (or) component parts ensuring their functioning to them by the law, commited by person, subjected to administrative punishment for the act provided by part 2 of article 19.12 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, or having criminal record for crime execution, provided by this Article, -
it is punished by penalty at the rate from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to two years, or forced labor for a period of up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.".
