Article 1

Bring in the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; 2008, No. 20, Art. 2251; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7061; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4294; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8484; 2019, No. 22, Art. 2672) following changes:

1) in Article 23:

a) state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. If ensuring use of the room as the residential or non-residential premise does not require carrying out its reorganization, and (or) re-planning, and (or) other works, the document provided by part 5 of this Article, confirming decision making about transfer of premises to the non-residential premise or the non-residential premise to premises is the basis for modification of data of the Single state real estate register. In this case the specified transfer is considered ended from the date of entering of corresponding changes into data of the Single state real estate register on purpose of such room.";
