"Rules of boundary regime are not applied to the vessel under National flag of the Russian Federation transporting passengers for the purpose of tourism in case of calling the ports and (or) Items located in regions of the internal sea waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation entering the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and (or) the Far Eastern Federal District specified in the agreement on realization of tourist product to passengers and crew members of this vessel on condition of the direction in boundary bodies of the notification containing data on the route, passengers and crew members of the vessel, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
