Article 2

Article 47 of the Federal Law of January 10, 2002 No. 7-FZ "About environmental protection" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 2, the Art. 133) to add with Item 3 following of content:

In case of operation and placement of specialized storages of ammonia, methanol, ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate in the territories of seaports outside borders of coastal protective strips the requirements excluding damnification to health of the person and the environment shall be observed.".
