Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 3, 2023 No. 89-FZ "About procedure for candidate screen in initial structures of the federal courts created in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 14, the Art. 2366) the following changes:

"5.1. The decision about the recommendation on judgeship of federal court is received by the candidates who received the certificate of results of qualification examination with overall final assessment it is "excellent" or "good".";

2) in Article 5:

a) add part 2 with words ", except for provisions of part 1.1 of article 3 of this Federal Law";

b) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Provisions of part 1.1 of article 3 of this Federal Law are applied till January 1, 2026.".
