About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 No. 750 "About approval of Rules of the organization of building and passing of allowing procedures in the field of construction"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 No. 750 "About approval of Rules of the organization of building and passing of allowing procedures in the field of construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12684) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of the organization of building and passing of the allowing procedures in the field of construction approved by the specified order:

add item 4 with subitem 12-1) of the following content:

"12-1) unique number of object (further - UNO) – the identification eighteen-place number created in system of the state town-planning inventory for information collection (data) on construction object from receipt of initial materials on project development of construction, reconstruction (re-planning and re-equipment) before acceptance for operation for the purpose of monitoring of object;";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Unauthorized construction of facilities of different function in the territory of settlements is not allowed.";

state Items 27 and 28 in the following edition:

"27. Issue of specifications on connection to projectible engineering networks is not allowed, except for the high-level and distribution networks of the Saryarka gas pipeline.

28. APZ and specifications are effective during all term of normative duration of the construction approved as a part of project (project and estimate) documentation.

In case of exceeding of normative duration of construction more than three years effective period of APZ and specifications is prolonged for the construction period on condition of submission of supporting documents about the beginning of construction.
