ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About recognition No. 68 which voided the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2023 "About approval of Rules of approval of amounts of external loans of the quasi-public sector"

According to Item 1 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2023 No. 68 "About approval of Rules of approval of amounts of external loans of the quasi-public sector" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32555).

2. To department of policy of management of obligations of the state and development of the financial sector of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
