About recognition No. 148 which voided the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of April 13, 2022

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", "About mobilization preparation and mobilization", "About functioning of fuel and energy complex during the special period", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"" and presidential decrees of Ukraine about prolongation of effective period of warlike situation in Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of April 13, 2022 No. 148 "About settlement on deliveries of electrical energy to consumers and calculations between participants of the retail market of electrical energy during action in Ukraine of warlike situation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2022 at No. 441/37777.

2. (Kirill NOVIKOV) to provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister VLASENKO Yury.
