About introduction of amendments to the Law on differentiation of public property No. 29/2018

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on differentiation of public property No. 29/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 142-148, 279), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 7 of the word "with completely public capital" shall be replaced with words "with mainly state capital,".

2. Item d) parts (Article 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"d) national parks, reserves and nature sanctuaries, historical and cultural reserves, memorial parks, archaeological and architectural monuments and t. д, except for the lands and structures which are components of the archaeological monuments differentiated as property of administrative and territorial units according to provisions of this law which at the time of approval of materials on differentiation were not in direct management of the legal entity of the public law, the earth of nature protection appointment, including the natural territories protected by the state, the lands having historical and cultural value and the earth of recreational appointment according to the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state No. 1538/1998;".

3. In Item b) parts (2) Article 10 of the word "with completely state capital", shall be replaced with words "with mainly state capital,".

4. Item g) parts (Article 11 to add 2) with words ", the lands and structures which are components of archaeological monuments which at the time of approval of materials on differentiation were not in direct management of the legal entity of the public law;".

5. Add the law with Article 14-1 of the following content:

"Article 14-1. Powers of the body performing functions on development of state policy in the field of the inventory and the organization of the territory

The body performing functions on development of state policy in the field of the inventory and the organization of the territory:

a) develops and advances policy of the state in the field of differentiation of real estate units of public property;
