About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (8) article 279 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:
"(8) the Central administrative authority in the field of the inventory of real estate bears responsibility for development of state policy in the field of assessment and revaluation of real estate.".
Art. II. - In Item d) parts (15) article 24 of the Law on enforcement of Sections I and II of the Tax code No. 1164/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes, the words "Agencies of the State Services" shall be replaced with words "organizations with powers on realization of state policy in the field of the inventory of real estate,".
Art. III. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (2) Articles 3, parts (2-2) Articles 6 and parts (2) Article 8 of the word "Agency of the State Services" shall be replaced with words "organization with powers on realization of state policy in the field of the inventory of real estate" in the corresponding case.
2. State Article 10 in the following edition:
"Article 10. Structure of system of cadastral bodies
Are a part of the system of cadastral bodies:
a) the central administrative authority in the field of the inventory of real estate;
b) organization with powers on realization of state policy in the field of the inventory of real estate (further - organization on realization) and its territorial structures (the territorial cadastral authorities placed in the district centers, municipiums and the cities of Chadyr-Lunga and Vulkenesht).".
