3) of Item 3 to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"Requirements of the subitem 3) of this Item are not applied before completion of processes of integration of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.";
7) of Item 12 to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"Requirements of the subitem 7) of this Item are not applied before completion of processes of integration of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.".
