1. Suspend till January 1, 2025:
the subitem 6) Item 23, Item 26-1, of subitems 6), 7) and 8) Item 31 of Rules of the organization and carrying out obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, frequency of passing of obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, except for motorized vehicles and trail cars to them the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 329 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11333).
2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
