"Article 43. Regular payments for use of natural resources

1. Regular payments for use of natural resources are levied for the mineral right granted to the subsoil user for geological studying for the purpose of search and assessment of mineral deposits (except for implementation of the state geological studying of subsoil), for investigation of mineral deposits, for construction and operation of storages of hydrocarbonic raw material.

Regular payments for use of natural resources are levied from subsoil users separately on each work type when using natural resources according to the approved engineering designs of construction and operation of underground constructions and the project documentation on implementation of geological studying of subsoil, including search and assessment of mineral deposits, investigations of mineral deposits which are provided by this Law.
