Article 1

"Part 5.1" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3rd Article 169 of the word "parts 5.1 and 5.2";

2) Article 170 to add with part 5.2 following of content:

"5.2. Obligation on payment of fees on capital repairs at owners of the rooms located regarding the apartment house which is put into operation after approval of the regional program of capital repairs and the data on which are reflected in this program in case of introduction in it of the changes connected with change of parameters of this apartment house arises after the term established by public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, but not later than within five years from the date of entering into the regional program of capital repairs of the changes specified in this part. From the date of emergence of obligation on payment of fees on capital repairs owners of the rooms located in the specified part of the apartment house pay fees on capital repairs according to the decision on determination of method of forming of fund of capital repairs accepted and realized by owners of rooms in such apartment house before date of commissioning of the specified part of the apartment house if after this date owners of rooms in such apartment house do not make other decision.";

"Part 5.1" shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 1 Article 181 of the word "parts 5.1 and 5.2".
