About introduction of amendments to the Law on volunteering No. 121/2010
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In the Law on volunteering No. 121/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 608), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In article 2 concept of "area of public advantage" after words "the public assistance and protection," to add with words "civil protection and fire safety,".
2. In article 7 Items c) and g) state in the following edition:
"c) ensuring implementation of volunteer activities with observance of requirements for health protection and labor safety depending on nature and features of activities;";
"g) non-admission of volunteers to harmful or dangerous to their life and health of activities, except for activities in the field of civil protection and fire safety;".
