1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 67 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for making of banking documentary operations" the following changes:

in the Instruction about procedure for making of banking documentary operations approved by this resolution:

in Item 2:

in part one:

the twenty first to exclude the paragraph;

twenty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"negotsiation - purchase by the performing bank of the bill of exchange which is written out by the beneficiary on the bank other than this performing bank, and (or) documents constituting proper representation by provision of money or consent to provide money to the beneficiary before maturity according to the letter of credit;";

in the paragraph the thirty fifth shall be replaced with words the word "compensations" "compensation (regress)";

to exclude the paragraph of the thirty seventh;
