About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2021 No. 1108

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on national system of traceability of goods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2021 No. 1108 "About approval of the Regulations on national system of traceability of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5536).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. Item 2:
a) after the paragraph of the twenty second to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"transfer (obtaining) of the goods which are subject to traceability as a part of the performed works;";
b) after the paragraph of the thirty second to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"the cost of the goods which are subject to traceability without the value added tax, in rubles;".
2. To state the subitem "e" of item 4 in the following edition:
"e) realization, transfer as a part of the performed works of the goods which are subject to traceability, diplomatic representations and consular establishments, representative offices of the states under the international organizations, to the international organizations or their representations using privileges and (or) immunities according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on condition of the subsequent official use of these goods;".
3. In Item 13:
a) to add the subitem "v" after the words "in case of sale" with words ", and also by transfer as a part of the performed works";
