Determine that in citizenship of the Russian Federation according to part 9 of article 16 of the Federal Law of April 28, 2023 No. 138-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" has the right to file the application for admission constantly living in the Russian Federation (irrespective of the term of permanent residence) the following foreign citizens who reached age of 18 years and having capacity to act:
a) citizens of the Republic of Byelorussia - without observance of the requirements provided by Items 1 - 3 parts 1 of article 15 of the called Federal Law;
b) citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Moldova - without observance of the requirements provided by Items 1 and 3 of part 1 of article 15 of the called Federal Law.
2. Citizens of the Republic of Byelorussia together with the application for admission submit the residence permit and the document proving their identity and nationality to citizenship of the Russian Federation.
