About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2012 No. 142
Based on part four of article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out confirmation of qualification and testing for the persons having the higher or secondary vocational medical, pharmaceutical education, not working on the available specialty more than four years approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2012 No. 142, the following changes:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The organization and carrying out confirmation of qualification and testing (further, unless otherwise specified, – testing) are performed by the public institutions of education performing preparation, advanced training and (or) retraining of specialists with the higher or secondary vocational medical, pharmaceutical education (further – organization of education), concerning categories of persons according to the list according to appendix 1.";
to add part one of Item 11 with words ", the Republican center of professional certification and simulyatsionny training of health, pharmaceutical workers of Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of health care of organization of education "The Belarusian state medical university";
to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this Instruction it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
