I. In part six of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 47, Art. 2051; 2019, 50, the Art. 352) figures and the word "700 people" and "500 people" to replace No. respectively with figures and the word "1000 people" and "750 people".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Determine that the number of employees of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine in the limits determined by part six of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" increases step by step:

since January 1, 2024 - on 100 people, from them 10 people - government employees;

since January 1, 2025 - on 100 people, from them 20 people - government employees;

since January 1, 2026 - on 100 people, from them 20 people - government employees.

3. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to prepare and submit for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on reduction of legal acts in compliance with this Law;

within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
