About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" concerning reduction of separate provisions in compliance with conclusions of the European Commission for Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056; 2021, No. 17, Art. 154; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2023 No. 3384-IX) such changes:

1. The seventh Article 51-1 to exclude part.

2. The fifth Article 51-3 to state part in the following edition:

"5. Complete inspection of the declaration is carried out regarding the subjects to declaring which are not covered by complete verification of declarations of appropriate subject of declaring for previous periods except cases when the National agency obtained new information on object which was checked or when the available new sources of information which were not known or were not available to the National agency during conducting preliminary complete check".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
