About opening of special accounts to the organizations of consumer cooperation

For the purpose of regular supply the organizations of consumer cooperation of the population consumer goods I decide:

1. Grant the right to the organizations of consumer cooperation * to open current (settlement) bank accounts with the special mode of functioning in Belarusian rubles (further – special accounts) in banks in which current (settlement) bank accounts, till December 31, 2025 are opened.

* The organizations of consumer cooperation – the consumer societies of the Vitebsk and Minsk regions, the unitary enterprises created by these consumer societies, their unions.

2. The organizations of consumer cooperation which used the right of opening of special accounts monthly list from the current (settlement) bank accounts for special accounts money in the amount of no more than 30 percent of the proceeds from sales of goods (works, services) received for the last month after implementation of extraordinary payments and payments of the first priority in full irrespective of arrest of money on the current (settlement) bank account of such organizations, suspensions of transactions on the specified account.

3. The money enlisted into special accounts has purpose and goes the organizations of consumer cooperation on:

acquisition of material resources (consumer goods and goods of industrial function) at the Belarusian producers created by them the unitary enterprises and also at the organizations which are part of holdings with participation of the state;
