About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of independence of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 9-13, 88) such changes:

1. 9 parts one of article 3 after the words "Attorney-General" to add Item with the words "the deputy attorney general-the head of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office (for prosecutors of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office)".

2. In Article 36 part four:
