Processing, use (without storage) and destruction of office information of limited distribution are performed on the SVT connected to UTS of GO and which do not have Internet connection, except for processings, uses, storages, accounting and destruction of office information of limited distribution on SVT of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments, the organizations, entering into its structure, legal entities, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which belong to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan or are in its trust management, and the legal entities affiliated with them.";

"The head of the organization accepts all necessary organizational, technical and legal measures on ensuring protection of office information of limited distribution regardless of type, form, content and provision of the electronic medium, including with use of the corresponding SKZI and (or) information systems in the protected execution carried to the state secrets.";

"16-1. The staff of the organization takes measures for protection of office and (or) confidential information with limited access.
