2. Source of financial provision of implementation by public authorities of the Kaliningrad region of the delegated power is the subvention provided from the federal budget to the budget of the Kaliningrad region (further in this Article - subvention). Provision of subvention is performed since January 1, 2024 and before the expiration of delegation of power.
