Article 1

Bring in article 23.79 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1651; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6156) following changes:

"Subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the word "federal cities";

Part 1.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1.1. Article 2

Regarding the 2nd article 2 of the Federal Law of April 1, 2020 No. 99-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 14, Art. 2029; 2021, No. 1, Art. 10; 2022, No. 1, Art. 3; 52, the Art. 9348) figures "2023" to replace No. with figures "2024".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
