1. Approve the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Protocol on exchange of information in electronic form between tax authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union about paid amounts of indirect taxes of December 11, 2009 signed in Moscow on August 22, 2023.
2. Send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the notification on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Belarus necessary for entry into force of the Protocol specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
