1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2012 No. 641 "About additional requirements to procedure for application by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for measures of supervising reaction and acceptance criterions of the decision on their application" the following changes:

to exclude from the name of the word "Republic of Belarus";

"and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude from word preamble;

in Item 1:

"the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace words with the word "legislation";

in the paragraph the second subitem 1.2:

to replace words of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" with the word "legislations";

to add subitem 1.2-1 after the word of "prohibition" with the words "or restrictions".
