For the purpose of ensuring digital development of the Republic of Belarus, realization and financing of actions, pilot projects in the field of digital development (further if other is not determined, – pilot projects) and implementation of public procurements in this sphere:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the main directions of digital development in the Republic of Belarus till 2030 are:

development of domestic program technical means, information and other advanced technologies;

implementation of information and other advanced technologies, including creation and use of the state digital platforms, scaling of results of pilot projects in spheres of the industry, agricultural industry, education, health care, transport and communication, construction, trade, the state statistics, ecology, housing and communal services, public administration, and also in the social and labor sphere;

the organization of data exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union;

regional digital development, including creation of the state digital platform "Smart City (Region)";

enhancement of rendering by state bodies and state organizations, and also economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares in authorized funds), can determine the decisions made by these economic societies (further if other is not determined, – state bodies and the organizations), electronic services and implementation of ministerial procedures electronically in pro-active format;

transfer at least 75 percent of ministerial procedures in electronic form;

1.2. the actions in the field of digital development providing realization of the main directions of digital development provided in subitem 1.1 of this Item are financed in first-priority procedure;

1.3. the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees (The Minsk Gorispolkom):
