Adoption of this resolution serves reduction of the bylaws which are regulating the sphere of use of the digital signature, in compliance with requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the digital signature", and also training of specialists in the IT sphere, the perfectly knowing English, way of extension of the list of the types of activity permitted to implementation by the Technological park of software products and information technologies.
